Kate is a highly efficient and effective HR lead, and a valuable business partner. I worked with Kate on a Brownfield start-up project, where Kate was my HR partner looking after the recruitment and on-boarding of our new line operatives; it was a high-pressure environment but Kate was always a positive influence on the team, and able to flex and prioritise effectively to meet new challenges.

I worked with Katerina during the integration of the former Grupo Antolin Seating Business into Lear Corporation. Katerina was my primary point of contact for Hranice. I found her to be extremely polite, responsive, caring and accommodating in trying to drive forwards the integration activity.

I had the pleasure to work with Katerina whilst at Liberty Global/UPC for a few years, when Katerina was part of the UPC Czech HR team. I have very positive memories of my time working with Katerina, from both a local Czech and a global perspective. She is a very hardworking, diligent and creative person, and she forged a position for herself which was very well respected and well deserved. Her understanding of the role, of the needs of her clients and how she worked with us at the corporate centre, along with her very calm approach were great assets at a time of great change in the business.

When I started on a Greenfield in Grupo Antolin I counted with Katka as HR Manager in my team. We faced together many challenges on recruitment level and people management. Her empathy, experience and energy helped me in many ways and kept me confident to have such a great person in my team. It was a great pleasure to work with her.

Purpose, authenticity, and resilience, these three words could perfectly describe Kate’s leadership style. Kate’s a mature HR leader, not satisfied until things are done, and has incredible stamina. Her personality could inspire even deeply introverted individuals to contribute to productive teamwork and reach both individual and team goals.

Kate is one of the few true HR leaders who don't only look at achieving (financial) results but who has the right level of empathy to lead a team and also to inspire others. She has great skills in leadership and developed her team whenever she could. In addition Kate has a can do attitude that really made it easy and fun to work with her!
